Mary’s Pizza Shack, a cherished institution since 1959, was founded by Mary Fazio in Boyes Hot Springs, California. The restaurant is famed for its authentic Italian comfort food, prepared from scratch using Mary’s original recipes. The menu includes a variety of items such as pizzas, pastas, salads and sandwiches, all crafted from fresh ingredients without the use of canned sauces or frozen dough.
